Brian Adcock
Managing Director
Brian Adcock established Matrix in 2001. Prior to forming Matrix, Brian project directed for a major events company for two years, after spending eight years in the Royal Marines where he specialised as a helicopter pilot taking up his commission in 1991. He is a graduate of Loughborough University where he studied physical education, sports science and mathematics.
John Glendinning
Associate Director
A British Aerospace sponsored Electronics graduate John has built a career in finance, strategy and marketing. After graduate training at Shepherds Chase stock brokers he moved to Charterhouse Bank and then to Reuters where he became International Marketing Director, responsible for the group’s global equity market strategy and product suite. More recently he built up and sold on a successful share trading dotcom. He fulfils a strategic role at Matrix, sitting on the executive board and using his seniority and extensive experience to guide the business.
Duncan March
Associate Director
Duncan is a graduate of Manchester Business School and a former Royal Marines Officer. Subsequently he has drawn on this experience as a Director of Pilgrims Group in guiding both US and UK blue chip media in the training and protection of their personnel around the globe.
Most recently Duncan has been Head of Operations for a FTSE 150 business and is now Associate Director of Matrix. At Matrix he drives business development and provides corporate insight and understanding.
Mo Morris
Operations Director
Mo served within the Royal Marines for 22 years having reached the rank of Major. Deploying in a variety of environments all around the world, he was awarded an MBE in 2018 by King Charles III. Mo has extensive experience in Close protection and event security, leading teams domestically and abroad.
